1. About RacingDex

RacingDex is an independent, fan-built analytics tool for Tryka race results. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tryka or any event organiser. All race data is sourced from publicly available official results pages; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Acceptable use

RacingDex is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. By using the service you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to RacingDex at scale
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or resell race data obtained through RacingDex without permission from the original event organisers

3. Data accuracy

Race results are scraped from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. RacingDex makes no warranty that the data displayed is correct or up to date. Always refer to the official event results pages for definitive information.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RacingDex and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of RacingDex after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
